This will give you the settings context menu that will allow you to make changes. If you want to rename the tab or group, select it in the list and then can click the gear button to the right of the – button. If you decide that there are too many tabs and they are cluttering up your user experience, then you can select the tab you want to go away and then select the – button at the bottom of the Ribbon Customization list box.
